The summer duvet made of 100% Tencel® provides a natural and pleasant sleeping climate and offers good climatic conditions for a comfortable and dry bed. This duvet creates an optimal sleeping climate. The Tencel® filling and cover fabric are breathable and air-permeable and transport more moisture away from the body than any other fibre. The lying comfort of Tencel® is complemented by high-quality fine satin. The silky, shiny, smooth cover fabric made of high-quality fine satin consists of 100% Tencel®. Tencel® is a fibre of natural origin that is obtained from wood in a resource-saving process.

Info for allergy sufferers

Mites

For optimum hygiene, BICO duvets can be washed at 60 °C in a standard washing machine, which effectively kills mites, bacteria and viruses. In the case of severe allergies, we recommend the use of an additional encasing to prevent mites and dust from penetrating the duvet.

Animal fibres

The filling material used contains high-quality down. If you are rarely allergic to down, we recommend an alternative product with non-animal fibres.

To avoid further allergic reactions, we only use certified non-toxic textiles.

Care instructions

Pillows and duvets should be fluffed daily. This loosens up the filling material and ensures that volume and resilience are retained. Compressed fillings are loosened up again and regain their filling power.

Bedding that has become damp should be dried in warm air as quickly as possible. From time to time, it is advisable to bring the bedding out into the fresh air, but without prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Pillows and duvets should be washed in the washing machine or dry-cleaned once a year. Depending on the care instructions on the label, they can be washed at up to 60 °C. For down or feather fillings, a liquid mild detergent for delicate textiles or a special detergent for bedding is recommended, as conventional detergents and fabric softeners can damage the filling. After washing, the bedding should always be dried in the tumble dryer to loosen the filling again.

Please always follow the care instructions on the sewn-on label.

The lifespan of pillows is around 3-5 years, that of duvets around 6-8 years. Even with good care, pillows and duvets become unhygienic over time. A pillow will no longer provide the usual support, and the fillings in a duvet can clump together and impair thermal insulation.

To help you find the perfect slat base, here's a summary of the different Lifetime Kidsrooms models:

Standard Slat Base

Load capacity: Holds a weight of up to 150 kg.

This roll-up slat base consists of 16 curved slats made of robust beech wood. The slats are individually mounted on the bed frame, which already provides good sleeping comfort.

Premium Slat Base

Load capacity: Holds a weight of up to 150 kg.

This roll-up slat base consists of 16 curved slats made of robust beech wood. The slats are individually mounted on the bed frame, which already provides good sleeping comfort.

Deluxe Slat Base

Load capacity: Also holds up to 200 kg.

A fixed frame with 28 slats that are mounted in special caps. This design makes the slat base very flexible, adapts optimally to your body, and thus offers you the highest level of sleeping comfort.

Payment in advance

Partial payments are possible on request. Minimum 50% prepayment with order. Last instalment before delivery. Payment also possible in cash.

Invoice with instalment facility (POWERPAY)

The invoice will be sent by e-mail. Payment term is 14 days by mail and after this term an invoice will be sent by mail (payment term 30 days and a small fee of 2.90 CHF).

You have the option of paying the outstanding amount either in full or in instalments.

In the case of partial payment, interest will be charged on the outstanding amount. In the following month you will receive an invoice with all outstanding amounts. The invoice costs CHF 2.90 each time.

The annual interest rate is 14.9%, i.e. 1.24% per month on the outstanding amount.

However, you can pay the outstanding amount in full every month. As soon as the outstanding amount has been paid, no more fees will be charged.

You decide for how long and in how many instalments the amount is to be paid.

Please note that Powerpay carries out a higher creditworthiness check for amounts over CHF 1000.

If the purchase on account payment method does not work when you check out, it may be because your credit rating is not sufficient or you are not registered in the Powerpay.ch system. Therefore, you have the option of sending an e-mail to info@powerpay.ch with a copy of your ID and a copy of your invoice from your health insurance company or mobile phone provider, no older than 3 months. This serves as a credit check and to ensure that buyers do not get into too much debt.
